SHORT HISTORY

Beginning as an off-shoot of a personal demo studio, O.A.C. was developed to bridge the gap between modest budgets & high quality digital recordings.
It's official launch began in 1991 (the 'WANTED: LIVE!' release), with 5 days of live mixing tests, then recording more than 10 hours of live performances over 2 nights, & finally editing it all down to 13 tracks. This album sold moderately well & after a few more similar projects, O.A.C. opened it's doors for general business.
By the mid-90s, O.A.C. turned digital, & soon after expanded to 64 tracks. By the late 90's it's present 700 sq. foot home was established to accomodate larger sessions.
The new millennium brought in a wave of upgrades including 128 track ability; new mixing consoles; improved analog/digital interfaces; a permanent drum kit & expanded microphone selections. Since then, O.A.C. has proven itself to dozens of releases & artists, & continues to build on it's well earned reputation.
